Whitney Street

This modern 4-bedroom home is located in the family suburb of Mayfair.  Just a short 5-minute walk will take you to a mini-market and the Mayfair tavern where you can enjoy a relaxing bite to eat and quiz night with your fellow students. Around the corner is our Glovar Street house, enabling the opportunity to meet up and socialise with fellow students across all disciplines. The JCU CQCRRH office, GP super clinic (run by Emerald Medical Group), and the Emerald Superclinic pharmacy are just a 4-minute walk.

This classic Queensland 3-bedroom high set home is located on the north side of Emerald next to the hospital.  A short 2-minute walk will take you to the Maraboon tavern where you can enjoy a relaxing bite to eat and live music with your fellow students. Emerald Hospital is a short 1-minute walk from Egan Street, with the Emerald Centro shopping center located close by.
