The Central Queensland Centre for Rural and Remote Health encourages students to engage with local organisations and participate in community events and activities to enrich their placement experiences and expose them to the benefits of life in rural and remote areas, and promote health careers.
We are proud to partner with local clubs and associations; regional councils; local government; Indigenous health services; private health organisations and Queensland Health who provide additional social and financial support to students on rural placement.
